A. Right of withdrawal for standard physical goods
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods. If several goods ordered in a single order are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the last item.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using the electronic withdrawal function “Vertrag widerrufen” (Withdraw from contract), which is permanently available on our website. If you use this function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email, containing information on the content of the withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to Danis Drip, owner Daniella Anders, Fährstraße 18, 47495 Rheinberg, Germany, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
B. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for individually customised goods
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is determined by an individual choice or specification by the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs (Section 312g(2), no. 1 BGB). This applies in particular to cutters made in a custom shape or with an individually specified name. Merely choosing from predefined standard variants or manufacturing a non-personalised standard item after an order is placed does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal.
Statutory rights in respect of defects remain unaffected in all cases.
C. Right of withdrawal for digital content, particularly STL files
For a contract for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract. The contact details and methods of making a statement set out above apply accordingly to the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
For digital content supplied for a fee, the right of withdrawal expires when we begin performing the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period expires, you have acknowledged that your consent means you lose your right of withdrawal when performance begins, and we have provided you with the legally required confirmation of the contract on a durable medium.
If any of these conditions is not met, the statutory right of withdrawal remains in effect.
