What is an STL file?
An STL file is a 3D printing file that can be used to create cookie cutters with a 3D printer.

After purchase, the file will be provided digitally. You will receive a download link.
Can I return digital products?
Digital content is excluded from cancellation after download.
Care & Use
How do I clean cookie cutters?
Cookie cutters should be cleaned with lukewarm water and mild dish soap.
They are not suitable for dishwashers, as heat can deform the material.
Are the cookie cutters dishwasher safe?
No. We recommend hand washing to extend the lifespan of the products.
Returns & Complaints
Can I return my order?
For physical products, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
Who bears the cost of the return?
The buyer bears the cost of return shipping, unless there is an error or transport damage.
